Grand Prix prices include:

VAT, Full Race Suit Hire, DVD Rules and Regulations Briefing, Practice Laps, Race Directors Final Briefing, Heats and Final, Computer printouts of race points, Presentation and trophies awarded to top drivers. Pit Stop Bar open after racing.

RACING FOR SMALL GROUPS

Minimum 7 drivers – maximum 10

Mini Sprint

20 laps qualifying followed by 30 lap final £36.00 per driver (Time at Stadium 1 hour 15 minutes approx.)

Formula Sprint

10 practice laps, 20 qualifying laps followed by a 30 lap final £41.00 per driver (Time at Stadium 1 hour 30 minutes approx.)

Mega Sprint

10 laps practice 2 x 20 laps qualifying heats followed by a 30 lap final £50.00 per driver (Time at Stadium 1 hour 45 minutes approx.)

Trophies awarded for winning drivers - 7 - 8 drivers trophy for the winner, 9-10 drivers trophies for the top 2 drivers.

Sprint meetings can only be booked in advance for a Monday or Tuesday evening, Saturdays or Sundays at 5pm, or midweek daytimes. Any other days only at short notice subject to availability.

special offer - BOOKABLE FAMILY GROUP RACES

FOR UP TO 10 DRIVERS (Adults and Juniors)

10 minute practice race, 10 minute qualifying race followed by a 10 minute final for all - £270 TOTAL (Event lasts approx. 1hr.30mins.)

These family sessions can be booked in advance on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Sundays either between 9.30am and 12pm or at 5pm and other days and times at short notice.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Can be booked as full day, half day or evening race meetings.

Use of our hospitality suite and licensed bar available after racing.

ALL DAY CORPORATE EVENT

Monday – Friday (excluding December & Bank Holidays)

The ultimate karting experience. A full days racing including breakfast, a Formula 1 Grand Prix, luxury buffet lunch and Endurance Event. Corporate trophies!! These events can be tailor-made to a Company's requirements. Full details on request. Use of the hospitality suite for pre-event meetings and licensed bar available after racing.

HALF DAY CORPORATE EVENT

Monday –Friday (excluding December & Bank Holidays)

Formula 1 Grand Prix with buffet lunch. Corporate trophy presentation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rayleigh Karting reserves the right to refuse admission, without reason. All drivers must be free from alcohol on arrival and must not consume alcohol during the event.

All bookings have to be secured with a non-refundable deposit of £20 per driver within 10 days of making booking. Weekend and December events must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event.

Bookings may be cancelled if deposits are not received by the allotted time.

All payments are non-refundable or transferable unless one month’s notice is given in writing.

Maximum weight limit 18 stone.

Minimum age for race meetings 17 years.
